craniosacral therapy for chronic pain relief in Dublin

Chronic Pain

My 15-year-old daughter has been suffering from chronic pain in her neck. In her own words, her sessions with Laura have been the only thing that brings her relief, and she looks forward to her sessions with Laura every week or fortnight.

Laura's approach to supporting my daughter through her pain, by holding her with her magic touch, her empathy, and language, as well as her utterly caring support through listening, has undoubtedly helped my daughter.

Not only does the BCST with Laura provide my daughter with immediate relief, but through breathwork, she also teaches her how to access the parasympathetic (or rest and digest) nervous system, overridden by the fight-or-flight system that is gripping onto her pain.

Laura has given my daughter the tools to treat and manage her pain. We can't thank Laura enough for her care over the past few months

Following a serious spinal cord operation, I was left with severe long-term pain from sensory and motor nerve damage. Thankfully I eventually discovered a non-invasive, light touch therapy called Craniosacral Therapy. The fact that the touch is so light in craniosacral therapy was really great for me as I found the heavier therapies unpleasant.

Laura, as a therapist is most caring and understanding and has a lovely soothing voice. Laura’s touch and the deep relaxation and warmth it creates is very beneficial to my body and has helped me to sense and feel my body again. I feel sure this therapy would be helpful for anyone, especially those suffering from various forms of tension and stress.

Highly recommended.

Mental / Emotional wellbeing

Laura has helped me to release my energetic knots and my burden that prevented me from living the life I deserved.

She is so respectful, sensitive, careful, such a good listener of your body and energy, that I highly recommend her to everybody.

The good thing about this therapy is that, after the session, you reach your responses by yourself because you can feel them with certainty: you feel what you have to do in your life or what's best for you, not because someone else tells you so, but because you feel it yourself.

I wish I had met her sooner. If you are thinking about meeting a therapist, make an appointment with Laura as soon as you can. You will not regret it. Your life will change for the better.

Tried this... Just because. And I have been blown away by how beautiful an experience this was. Imagine relaxing so deeply that you feel you slept a week and imagine tuning into your body to really feel and sense things. And that doesn't even describe it well.

I left feeling deeply happy and relaxed, something I haven't felt for a mighty long time. Laura is a unique person with amazing talent, insight and a heart of gold and all of it is utilised to help you. A rare and beautiful thing.

I will be back soon and am looking forward to learning some more and enjoying a state of being that is bliss.

Psoriasis

Hi Laura, I had meant to message you before now! Thank you so much for the treatment. I have noticed a difference in my psoriasis which I really wasn’t expecting after one treatment If I’m honest.

My scalp and arm are almost clear. I’m amazed, looking forward to my next treatment.

Distance Healing

Hi Laura, I’m just on my way back from Glasgow and I thought I’d send you some feedback. I found the session so restful and relaxing especially so because it took place in the comfort of my own home. I felt you explained the process really clearly and I found the guided meditation really helpful and calming. I find it hard to meditate on my own, so having you talk me through it and checking in was a bit of a game changer. The process seemed to release a lot of emotion that I wasn’t aware I was holding onto. Since then, I’ve been able to observe my breath at night when I have found it difficult to sleep or at times when I have been feeling a bit anxious and I am finding it helpful. When can we do another session?
